05 - Enjoy immediately while warm.

# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • It warms you from the inside out without caffeine jitters or sugar crashes.
  • The golden color alone lifts your mood on gray mornings.
  • You can make it in under 15 minutes with pantry staples.
  • It feels like self care in a mug, no fuss required.
02 -
  • Dont let the milk boil or it will develop a skin and lose that silky texture.
  • Black pepper is not optional, it actually makes the turmeric work better in your body.
  • Fresh turmeric will stain everything it touches, so wipe your cutting board and hands quickly.
03 -
  • Use a whisk instead of a spoon to keep the spices from settling at the bottom while it heats.
  • If you love frothy drinks, blend the finished golden milk for 10 seconds before serving.
  • Fresh turmeric and ginger make all the difference, but keep ground versions on hand for lazy nights.
