# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • It delivers all the nostalgic flavors of pizza in about 20 minutes flat
  • The buttery, crispy exterior gives way to that perfect cheese pull we all chase
  • You can customize it with whatever pizza toppings are languishing in your fridge
02 -
  • Low and slow heat is your friend here—too high and you will burn the bread before the cheese melts
  • Pressing gently while cooking helps the cheese adhere to both bread slices, preventing that sad slide apart
  • Letting it rest for even 60 seconds makes a huge difference in how neatly it slices
03 -
  • Use a cast iron skillet if you have one—the heavy press it creates gives the most even, golden crust
  • Grate your own mozzarella if you want it to melt faster and more evenly than pre sliced
