# What You'll Need:

01 - 1.1 lbs halal chicken or beef sausage meat, casing removed

→ Dairy

02 - 8.8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Dry Ingredients

03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
04 - 2 tsp baking powder
05 - ½ tsp salt
06 - ½ tsp black pepper
07 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
08 - ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

09 - ¼ cup milk
10 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the halal sausage meat, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
03 - Add the milk and parsley. Mix well using hands or a sturdy spoon until the mixture is evenly combined and holds together.
04 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them ¾ inch apart.
05 - Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Remove from oven and cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
