# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • The beef brats stay incredibly juicy while getting that perfectly charred exterior that makes grilled food so addictive
  • Sauerkraut adds this bright tangy crunch that cuts through the rich meat and balances every single bite
  • Mustard is the secret weapon that ties everything together with its sharp heat and subtle sweetness
02 -
  • I once rushed the grilling process and ended up with brats that were charred outside but still raw in the middle so take your time with medium heat
  • Buttering the buns seemed unnecessary until I tried it and realized it transforms the whole texture experience
03 -
  • Never cut into your brats to check if theyre done or all those juices will escape and leave you with dry meat
  • Let the brats rest for a minute or two after grilling so the juices redistribute evenly throughout
