01 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
03 - Place steak cubes in a single layer in the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
04 - Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir continuously for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and butter has melted.
05 - Toss steak bites in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
06 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme. Serve immediately.
