# Directions:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
02 - Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter melts and begins to shimmer.
03 - Add chicken breasts to the hot skillet and cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
04 - Add onion and garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
05 - Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
06 - Lower heat to medium and stir in heavy cream, parsley, chives, basil, and thyme. Simmer gently for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
07 - Return chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is heated through.
