# Cooking Tips:

01 -
  • It delivers all the satisfaction of a Caesar salad but in warm, melty, handheld form
  • The whole thing comes together in under 30 minutes, perfect for those nights when takeout sounds too tempting
  • You can prep everything ahead and just assemble when hunger strikes
02 -
  • Never dress the lettuce more than 2 minutes before serving or the flatbread underneath will get sad and soggy
  • Letting the chicken rest is non negotiable, cutting into it immediately will let all those precious juices escape onto your cutting board
03 -
  • Toast the flatbread for 2 minutes before adding cheese to prevent any sogginess from the toppings
  • Warm your Caesar dressing slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds so it does not instantly cool down your chicken
