Crispy, smoky corn ribs air-fried and topped with zesty garnishes for a fun, flavorful dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 2 large ears of corn, husked and cleaned

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
07 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
11 - 1 lime, cut into wedges
12 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan or vegan cheese alternative

# Directions:

01 - Place each ear of corn on a cutting board. Using a sharp chef's knife, carefully slice the corn in half lengthwise, then quarter each half to create rib-shaped strips, yielding 8 ribs per ear.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
03 - Add the corn ribs to the seasoning mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
04 - Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for 2 minutes.
05 - Place the seasoned corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if necessary.
06 - Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the corn is crisp, golden, and curled at the edges.
07 - Transfer cooked corn ribs to a serving plate. Top with chopped cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and Parmesan or vegan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
